Tool name4DXpress - Expression Database in 4D
URLhttp://4dx.embl.de/4DXpress
Important featuresA platform to query and compare gene expression data for the developmental stages of the major model animals, including zebrafish, drosophila, medaka and mouse. It contains gene expression data acquired through whole mount in situ hybridization. The database can be queried with anatomy ontology based expression annotations across species. It also provides orthologs for the query gene.
